"Screw Fit Chair" – a PNP Railways original design manufactured from a strong engineering plastic. This chair will provide secure attachment for your rail to the sleeper with just two screws.

Easy assembly - just slide the rail onto the chair, place the spigot into the sleeper, and screw it down.

As well as being very easy to assemble, using the plastic sleepers and chairs together provides automatic gauge widening.

Automatic gauge widening on curves is one of the many advantages of our system. Gauge widening can be accomplished either by rotating one chair 180 degrees to achieve a 1/32nd widening or by rotating both chairs 180 degrees to achieve a 1/16th widening.
