Our sleepers come in the correct size and feature pre-drilled pilot holes, ready for immediate use. With their wood grain effect, they exude authenticity. Track Kit Options
We offer you two types of rail fixings: screw-down and clip-fit. You can choose whichever option is most suitable to you.

"Screw Fit Chair" – a PNP Railways original design manufactured from a strong engineering plastic. This chair will provide secure attachment for your rail to the sleeper with just two screws

"Clip Fit Chair" – a PNP Railways original design manufactured from a strong engineering plastic. This chair requires no screws, it slides onto the rail and pushes into the sleepers securing the rail.

One of the standout advantages of our system is automatic gauge widening on curves. Our chairs facilitate gauge widening by simply turning one chair 180 degrees for a 1/32nd widening, or both chairs 180 degrees for a 1/16th widening.

Gauge widening is essential in constructing a miniature railway, particularly to prevent flange climb, which occurs when the wheel's flange climbs up and over the rail, leading to derailment risks. The increased lateral restraint on the wheels achieved by widening the gauge ensures the stability and safety of the miniature railway, allowing for smoother operation and minimizing the risk of derailments

Preparation is kept to a minimum, with the only requirement being drilling the rail ends for the fish plates or curving the rail. We don’t offer a rail bending service as it best to bend the rail in situ.

These materials are exceptionally durable, resistant to rot, frost, and UV radiation. UV stabilizers are included in the base polymers to prevent UV radiation degradation and extend the life of our products.
